The proximity to the unspoiled nature of the Zingaro Oriented Reserve, the marvelous sea view and privacy are the fundamental elements that distinguish the villa and make it unique in its kind. Externally it is surrounded by palm trees, a lawn with many beautiful ornamental plants, a covered veranda with kitchenette and barbecue, a stone shower and a parking area covered by a wooden shed.
On the eastern side of the villa, inside a stone enclosure, there is also a comfortable above ground swimming pool to make your stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The villa is air-conditioned and also equipped with wi-fi.
