Description
Luxury villa set among the olive trees of a property in the countryside 2 kilometers from the golden sandy beach of Balesrate, in the Gulf of Castellammare.
The structure has a large and beautiful swimming pool with two levels of height from 1.20 to 2 meters for a length of 10 meters and a width of 5.
Outside there are large areas with walkable lawn around the pool, a football pitch for children and a fabulous wooden house on the tree to the north of the villa for the delight of your children.
A large veranda, well furnished and with a wooden roof, surrounds the two sides of the structure closest to the swimming pool. Here you can spend your moments of relaxation taking advantage of a comfortable hammock and if you want to have a barbecue, you can use the gas or charcoal one.
Inside, the villa is divided into two floors.
The ground floor in an open space style where there is the living room, TV area also equipped with a Nintendo Switch video game, the living room, a queen size sofa bed, the kitchen with gas cooking area and dishwasher, a bathroom with shower with area utility room with washing machine.
In the center of the ground floor there is a glass staircase that leads to the upper floor, consisting of a double bedroom under the mezzanine, a further double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and finally a double bedroom with private internal bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
The villa is very close to the Palermo - Mazara Del Vallo motorway junction from which you can reach any destination in Sicily.
The destinations easily reachable from the villa are Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani, Palermo and Agrigento.
