Description
Villa Eden is located on a hill in Scopello and is characterized by the presence of a wonderful swimming pool set among palm trees, pine trees, lawns, flowers and Mediterranean plants that surround the entire estate.
On the back of the villa there is a characteristic picnic area placed under a centuries-old tree from which it is possible to enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf of Castellammare.
The villa is built entirely of stone and consists of two communicating units that can accommodate up to 11 people.
There are two verandas connected to each other and covered by a wooden shed, two barbecues, two comfortable outdoor showers placed next to the verandas of each of the two units, two kitchens with living rooms also communicating between the two units, a fireplace.
Upstairs, reachable from each one of the two units via wooden stairs, there are 4 bathrooms, two with shower and two without, two double bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk beds, three single bedrooms and a sofa bed. matrimonilae placed in the living room of the westernmost unit.
A door connects the upper floor of the two units which allows them to pass through.
There are three air conditioners, one in one of the two bedrooms and another two very powerful strategically placed to quietly cool every area of the entire villa.
The villa is also equipped with excellent wifi made available to guests completely free of charge and two large car parks that allow the entry of at least 4 cars.
