Located in an extremely quiet and peaceful area, this splendid property is the ideal solution for an unforgettable holiday to be enjoyed with family or a group of friends, offering the perfect balance between individual privacy and the pleasure of sharing.
The distinctive feature of Lemon Tree House lies in its structure: it is in fact two adjacent apartments, each with its own independent entrance, which are rented together as one large house with garden and swimming pool. This special formula allows groups of up to 10 people to spend their holidays under the same roof, whilst each maintaining their own autonomy and personal spaces.
Each apartment is a welcoming nest, carefully designed in its details, air-conditioned in the bedrooms and equipped with heat pump heating, unlimited WiFi connection, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and insect screens on all windows.
The first apartment welcomes guests with a charming equipped kitchen and a private bathroom with shower. The sleeping area offers a spacious triple bedroom (with a double bed and a single bed), alongside a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.
The second apartment, equally comfortable and functional, also has an independent kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is a comfortable quadruple room (with a double bed and two single beds), and is supported by an additional double sofa bed positioned in the living room.
Outdoor living is the true beating heart of Lemon Tree House. Outside you will be welcomed by a wonderful fully fenced and furnished garden, where the lush lemon tree that gives the house its name stands out. Here you will find a delightful private swimming pool which, despite its modest size, is a true panacea for refreshing yourself and relaxing on hot summer days.
By the poolside you can enjoy a spectacular view of the mountain, which at sunset offers an extraordinary natural spectacle, lighting up with warm and evocative colours. It is the perfect setting for a sunset aperitif or a fantastic evening barbecue, thanks to the barbecue area at your complete disposal.
