Villa Gheta Castelluzzo - Villa

Villa Gheta is an ideal location for those who want to spend a holiday in close contact with unspoiled nature, in the silence of the countryside, surrounded by suggestive landscapes and wonderful coves with clean and crystalline sea.
The structure is located just below the ridge of the mountain surrounded by Mediterranean trees and plants and is about 300 from the splendid "Agliareddi Beach" within the Monte Cofano Nature Reserve, accessible on foot from the structure but also by car since next to the beach is there is a parking lot.
The Villa has two floors. On the ground floor you will find a large veranda with outdoor table and chairs, living room, bathroom with shower, a bedroom, a kitchen and a spiral staircase to access the upper floor (also accessible from an external staircase).
On the first floor there is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a bedroom with a bunk bed, a double sofa bed and access to the veranda with spectacular views across the Gulf of Monte Cofano and Macari.
It is just 10 km from San Vito Lo Capo and 4 km from Castelluzzo (hamlet of San Vito Lo Capo) where all the basic necessities are located. A stretch of road to reach Villa Gheta is unpaved but easily passable.
