The house's strong point is the panoramic veranda with sea views, perfect for starting the day with outdoor breakfast, relaxing in the afternoon or enjoying an aperitif at sunset. From here the view opens onto Alcamo Marina beach and the evocative profile of the Gulf of Castellammare.
The internal spaces are spacious, bright and functional. The house has a living room with access to the veranda, a kitchen equipped with a dining area, comfortable bedrooms, a laundry area and two bathrooms. One of the two bathrooms is en suite to the main master bedroom, which also enjoys a pleasant sea view, offering greater comfort and privacy to guests.
