Description
Villa surrounded by a quiet residence at the gates of Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve.
The ground floor structure has a large covered parking area, veranda with outdoor barbecue, stone shower and laundry storage room, and a nice basketball and ball game to spend some time moving around.
On the first floor, there is a spacious veranda with a removable canopy overlooking the wonderful vegetation composed of Mediterranean flowers and maritime pines.
At the back of the house, there is an additional covered veranda with a table, chairs, and loungers.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people and has three double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, a spacious living room with a sofa and two pieces of furniture that can become single beds, a complete kitchen with a gas cooking area.
From the structure it is possible to reach a football field and a tennis court a few meters away, which are made available for the exclusive use of the residence's holidaymakers, furthermore the residence has a large common swimming pool (approximately 20 m x 10 m) available to customers from 1 July to 30 September.
The structure is well served by some essential services.
300 metres away, it is possible to find a bar, a supermarket and a newsagent.
About a kilometre away, it is possible to reach the wonderful pebble beach of Guidaloca, at 2 km away you can reach the beautiful village of Scopello and the famous Faraglioni.
